However, Exclusive Deal Products do include license keys for streamlined updates.

Please do not use any images or media content from demo templates for any purpose—doing so is strictly prohibited. Always review each product’s licensing terms prior to use.

Product Delivery

Once your payment is successfully completed, your product(s) will be accessible via the “Downloads” section of your SkySol Studio account. This process typically occurs immediately after confirmation. Each product includes free updates and downloads for one month following the purchase date.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refunds are granted only if a product is proven to be completely non-functional. We will attempt to resolve any issues first. If unresolved, a refund may be processed. Our aim is always customer satisfaction.

Support Policy

SkySol Studio provides basic technical support, including help with installation and troubleshooting plugin or theme issues. We are dedicated to ensuring you receive dependable assistance.

Guarantees

We guarantee our products are free from malicious code, malware, or advertising. However, we do not guarantee that every product will perform exactly as you envision, especially following updates from original developers that may introduce issues. All products are provided “as is,” and SkySol Studio is not liable for any damages resulting from product use.

1 Year Updates & Support

SkySol Studio provides one year of free updates and support for our WordPress products, provided we maintain access to updates via our partners (e.g., ThemeForest). We are committed to maintaining the quality and reliability of our offerings.
